The problem

AIP already had AI-powered semantic search. Version 2 had to return more relevant results, answer faster and handle image search better.

What I did

  • Designed the second version of the semantic search system around three targets: retrieval accuracy, search speed and image search.

Outcome

  • Improved retrieval accuracy, search speed and image search over version 1 (no public figures).
